YOUR INFORMATION · OUR RESPONSIBILITY

PRIVACY, MADE CLEAR.

This notice explains how XencyPro handles information when someone contacts us about a project. It applies to visitors and prospective clients worldwide. Privacy laws differ by location, so this notice describes our general practices and does not claim that one policy alone meets every local legal requirement.

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information

XencyPro is the data controller for project enquiries submitted through this website. XencyPro is operated from Bangladesh. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@xencypro.boldpo.com.

2. Information we collect

When you send a project enquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide:

  • your name and email address;
  • your company name or website, if you provide it;
  • the service you are interested in; and
  • the details you include in your message.

Please do not include sensitive personal information. Our form is intended for business project enquiries.

3. Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you, understand the work you are asking about, and keep a record of our business conversation. We do not use these details to send marketing campaigns. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on taking steps at your request before a possible contract for service enquiries; for other business enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding and managing business contacts. We use another legal basis where local law requires it. Where consent is legally required, we will ask for it separately.

4. Services involved

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website and may process technical request data to deliver and protect it. The enquiry form is sent to Formspree so it can deliver and manage the submission. Formspree says its services are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States, and that it uses Standard Contractual Clauses as a processor where relevant. If Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare also processes information needed for bot protection.

This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and the Formspree form-handling script from unpkg. Those providers receive the technical information normally sent when a browser requests a resource. We do not currently use advertising pixels or analytics tools.

5. International processing

XencyPro is based in Bangladesh and may receive enquiries from other countries. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where a transfer safeguard is required by applicable law, we will use an appropriate safeguard and can provide further information on request. Formspree describes its processor safeguards in its security information.

6. How long we keep enquiries

Our planned retention period for enquiry details is up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact about that enquiry. We may keep limited information for longer where it is needed for an active client relationship, a dispute, or a legal recordkeeping obligation. When information is no longer needed, we will delete it or remove identifying details where practicable.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may be able to ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your information, or to restrict or object to certain uses. To make a request, email hello@xencypro.boldpo.com and describe what you need. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect enquiry information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending confidential or sensitive information through the website form.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this notice when our services or practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. For any question about this notice, contact hello@xencypro.boldpo.com.
